This appeal comes to us from an order of the Onondaga County Court affirming a judgment of the Municipal Court of Syracuse granting defendant's motion for summary judgment dismissing plaintiff's complaint, in an action brought to recover overtime claimed to be due under the provisions of section 226 of the Election Law, relating to time allowed employees to vote.
