Defendants Robert Haskins and Theron Haskins have appealed from a judgment entered on April 16, 1953, in the circuit court of Shiawassee county in favor of Richard Lazenby for personal injuries, and Auto-Owners Insurance Company, subrogee, for property damage, arising from an automobile collision.
