SHUGHART, P.J., March 16, 1954.
On January 14, 1954, appellant filed his appeal from the refusal of the register of wills to revoke letters of administration issued on the above estate to Marian K. James. Thereafter, on January 26, 1954, the administratrix filed a motion to quash the appeal on the ground that appellant failed to file a bond. The matter has been argued before the court en banc and is now before us for decision.
