The Commissioner determined deficiencies in income tax in the amount of $521 for the year 1948 and in the amount of $1,058.56 for the year 1949. Petitioner William C. Gregory1 appeared on his own behalf, and presented no evidence relating to the adjustments upon which the deficiencies were determined.
