BOSLAUGH, Justice.

A judgment for money only was rendered by the district court for Hall County on January 27, 1950, in favor of appellant and against Riley D. Wells. A transcript of it was made of record in the office of the clerk of the district court for Lincoln County on February 1, 1950. The attempt of appellant to collect the judgment by execution was wholly unsuccessful. He claimed that the judgment debtor was the owner of two lots in the city of North Platte...
