This is an appeal from a judgment in a Workmen's Compensation case.

The appellee, Gads B. Pinckney, a laborer, was employed by the Mutual Chemical Company of America, (Mutual), one of the appellants. On October 29, 1951, he filed a claim with the State Industrial Accident Commission, (the Commission), for permanent injury to his nose, claiming that he was disabled but had lost no time from work.
