1. The bill of exceptions complains only of the refusal of the trial judge to grant a temporary injunction. Where affidavits are submitted on the hearing of such a cause, they should be incorporated in the bill of exceptions to review the judgment complained of, or be attached as exhibits thereto, duly and properly identified by the trial judge, or be embodied in an approved brief or transcript of the evidence and brought up as a part of the record...
