Roberts, bankrupt, filed his complaint against the defendant Wilcox Oil Company, seeking to set aside certain transfers of money from Roberts to the defendant on the ground that they were voidable preferences under Section 60 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 96.
