On October 15, 1949, claimant suffered an injury in the course of his employment which resulted in the amputation of his left index finger. In another previous accident claimant suffered injuries resulting in the amputation of the thumb and little finger of the left hand, for which he had received a schedule award of compensation for 45% loss of use of the left hand. The board has found, with evidence in the record to support the finding, that as a result of both accidents...
