Williams, deceased, to recover certain cashier's checks and stock certificates which were in the possession of Clareice Wismuth, the appellee, which were alleged by the administrators to be the assets of the Gerald M. Williams' estate. Clareice Wismuth, the respondent, filed an answer to this petition...
