This is a motion by the city of New York for an order permitting it to deposit with the city treasurer the sum of $2,596.73, with interest thereon at 4% from May 6, 1952, as its proportionate share of a judgment recovered by the plaintiff, and directing the County Clerk to discharge such judgment as against the defendant city of New York.
