The plaintiff, a Delaware corporation, charges that defendant, a New Jersey corporation, has infringed Claims 2 and 3 of United States Letters Patent No. 2,121,005, issued June 21, 1939, to Christian Bener, assignor to Raduner & Co. A.-G., Horn, Switzerland.
