Arthur S. Storm, plaintiff, formerly of Detroit, had been admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1933. Evidently he had a very small practice as he did not have his name on the door where he had his office in the office of another attorney. He did not even have an attorney's letterhead and at the trial was unable to recall whether or not he had been listed as a lawyer in the Detroit telephone directory at the time of the complicated transaction herein...
