Reversed and remanded March 4, 1953.

The plaintiff filed her amended complaint in the circuit court of the state of Oregon for Linn county, which, omitting the formal parts and the prayer, reads as follows:

"I. That the defendant is a commission organized and existing under and by virtue of the Laws of the State of Oregon and charged with the administration of the Workmen's Compensation Law of said State.
