This is a compensation suit under the Employers' Liability Act, for weekly compensation at the maximum rate of $30 per week for a period not exceeding 400 weeks, together with legal interest on weekly compensation payments past due and unpaid, and a further additional sum of $1,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary for hospital and medical and drug expenses, with legal interest thereon from date of judicial demand until paid, and for the attorney...
