The government charges that each of ten defendant dairy companies has been engaged in a conspiracy to restrain and to monopolize, and has monopolized interstate trade and commerce in the sale of fluid milk to wholesale customers and certain public institutions in the Chicago area, in violation of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1 and 2.
