Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

TURNER, Judge:

The respondent determined deficiencies in income tax and declared value excess-profits tax against the petitioner for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1943, in the respective amounts of $4,829.44 and $1,678.27; and a deficiency in excess profits tax for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1944, in the amount of $12,747.91.
