The plaintiff there sought to recover $25,000 on account of injuries sustained by him on the morning of April 16, 1951, while the plaintiff was a Fireman on the Illinois Central passenger train running from Memphis to North Cairo, Illinois, when the engine and boiler of the passenger train was struck by a revolving crane...
