This case has resulted from a traffic accident occurring on highway US-12 in Kalamazoo county, in which plaintiff sustained personal injuries. Prior to the occurrence in question plaintiff and his wife were engaged in operating a restaurant on the south side of said highway between Galesburg and Comstock.
