In this action the plaintiff sought an injunction restraining the defendants from altering into offices two rooms in the town hall of Stamford and from interfering with the continued use of the rooms as a meeting place for the plaintiff and other veterans' organizations. The trial court rendered judgment for the defendants and the plaintiff has appealed.
