This is an action brought under the provisions of Section 503 of the Nationality Act of 1940 for a declaratory judgment to establish that plaintiff is a citizen of the United States. 8 U.S.C. § 903 [Immigration and Nationality Act 1952, § 360, 8 U.S.C.A. § 1503].
