This is a proceeding in Surrogate's Court for advice and instruction (Surrogate's Ct. Act, § 215). The widow of decedent and a sister of decedent appeal from a decree approving a proposed sale of the three-quarter interest of the estate in a parcel of real property located on 1st Avenue in the borough of Manhattan, adjacent to the site of the United Nations buildings.
