This is a personal injury action arising out of a collision between an automobile owned and operated by defendant Paul W. Neal in which plaintiff, defendant Neal's mother, was a passenger and an automobile owned and operated by defendant Robert W. Stelter. Plaintiff had a verdict against both defendants.
