This action was brought to recover damages growing out of a collision between two automobiles. Plaintiff Charles D. Calhoun sued in Count 1 for his personal injuries, and he and plaintiffs David C. Calhoun and J. A. Calhoun, partners, d/b/a Calhoun's Poultry Farm and Hatchery, sued in Count 2 for damages to their automobile.
