Plaintiff brought this action to recover damages for an injury she received when she fell on a dance floor. The defendant corporation owned the building in which the plaintiff fell and it had rented an area on the third floor to the St. Louis Lonely Club, under whose auspices the dance was held. There was a verdict and judgment for the plaintiff in the sum of $3,500, and the defendant prosecutes this appeal.
