Action for the reformation of a fire insurance policy and for recovery thereunder for loss occasioned by a fire which destroyed merchandise of plaintiff of the value of $5,512.35. The merchandise was stored in a barn located in Monson township in Traverse county some four or five miles northeast of Wheaton, where plaintiff maintained its principal mercantile business.
