In support of his petition the plaintiff asserts that the defendant is under a plain duty (Goodell v. Woodbury, 71 N.H. 378, 381) to pay the expense of maintenance and care of the Kula children by reason of the provisions of R. L., c. 127, s. 10. Relying upon Plymouth v. Haverhill, 69 N.H. 400, the defendant maintains that since the parents have been found capable of furnishing support up to thirty dollars a week...
