The plaintiff, Richman Brothers Company, is an Ohio corporation engaged in the manufacture and sale of men's clothing. Its principal factory and three of its retail stores are located in Cleveland, Ohio. It has a smaller manufacturing plant at Sturgis, Kentucky and 66 other retail stores located in various cities...
