This is an action for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff when her automobile struck a depression in a street in a new subdivision in county territory. She sued the county and the owners of the subdivision. The county's demurrer to an amended complaint was sustained without leave to amend. Judgment in favor of the county followed, from which the plaintiff has appealed.
