The principal issue of this case is whether the boundary line between these two towns passes through a marked rock called Bound Rock, as claimed by Hampton and as found by the master, or through the middle of Hampton River mouth as claimed by Seabrook. The defendant's exceptions first present questions as to the sufficiency of the evidence on which the master's findings are based.
