The judgment as so modified is reversed on the facts and new trial granted as to the other appellants, with costs to abide the event, unless within ten days after service of the order to be entered hereon, together with notice of entry thereof, respondent stipulate to reduce the judgment to $30,000, in which event the judgment as so modified and as so reduced is affirmed, without costs.
