LEECH, Judge:

Respondent has determined deficiencies in income tax for the fiscal years ended November 30, 1946 and 1947 in the amounts of $5,040.63 and $7,071.31 respectively, and excess-profits tax for the fiscal year ended November 30, 1946 in the amount of $1,052.64.
