This action arose under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq. Plaintiff sought to recover for defendant's alleged negligence in not keeping properly ventilated and free of dust the boilers in which he, as a boilermaker, was compelled to work, and in not furnishing him with a respirator or mask.
