This is an action in equity to recover the sum of $1,500 with interest on a promissory note of a guardian of an insane person, Richard F. Cook, since deceased, claimed as a lien on his real estate, and for further relief as prayed. Judgment was for the plaintiff and against the defendant administrator for $1,500, with interest at six percent per annum from December 22, 1948, until paid, and the court decreed that the judgment be certified to the Probate...
