Defendant has appealed from a judgment awarding plaintiff $10,000 as the reasonable value of his services in preparing for defendant a wage and bonus incentive plan covering the work of all of its employees in the several departments of its textile plant.

The only issues presented by defendant upon this appeal pertain to the sufficiency of the evidence to support the findings of fact.
