The Bob Harper Finance Company, a corporation, as plaintiff, brought this action in replevin against Bob Lester and Vivian Lester, as defendants, to recover the possession of a 1948 Pontiac automobile under the provisions of a chattel mortgage covering the same. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
