This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis affirming a final award of the Industrial Commission of Missouri which denied a claim for death benefits under the Missouri Workmen's Compensation Act. The claim was filed by Edward F. Bowers and Frieda Bowers, his wife, as natural guardians of Vernon Bowers, Norman Bowers, Erwin Bowers...
