HARRON, Judge:

This proceeding involves transferee liabilities. The petitioners are transferees of the assets of a corporation, 249 WEST 30TH STREET CORPORATION. The deficiencies in income and declared value excess-profits taxes of the corporation for the year ended December 31, 1942, are as follows:
