Mathewson and Pauline Mathewson, his wife, defendants herein, gave an order dated May 25, 1950, to the Certified Home Improvement Company, herein referred to as the Certified Company, for certain specified lumber and building supplies for which they agreed to pay $1,165 by promissory note payable at the rate of $37.21 per month. The order was executed by the Smith-Orr Company, a dealer, who on June 1, 1950, billed the Certified Company for it...
