OPINION OF THE COURT BY STAINBACK, J.

This is a creditor's bill to set aside a judgment debtor's fraudulent conveyances and to reach equitable assets which he had placed beyond the scope of legal execution in the names of his wife and of another member of his family, all of whom are named as respondents herein.
