This case was tried before a jury which returned a verdict for the plaintiff in the sum of $6,792. The defendant now comes before this Court upon his motion to set aside the verdict and grant a new trial on the grounds that the verdict was against the law and the Charge of the Judge, and manifestly against the weight of the evidence.
