This is an appeal from an order of the county court of La Salle County dismissing a motion in lieu of a petition for a writ of error coram nobis filed in a proceeding brought by the People under the Mental Health Act. Ill. Rev. Stat. 1949, chap. 91 1/2, par. 1-1 et seq.
