This is an action brought to enjoin the defendants from violating Section 15(a) (1, 2, 5), of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq., hereafter referred to as the Act. Defendants are charged with violating the overtime and record keeping provisions of the Act with respect to four employees. After taking testimony and hearing arguments of counsel, the Court makes the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions...
