This is an action brought to enjoin the defendants from violating Section 15(a) (1, 2, 5), of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq., hereafter referred to as the Act. Defendants are charged with violating the overtime and record keeping provisions of the Act with respect to four employees.
