Nick Alvin was the only child of Kenneth and Wilma Lucas when they were divorced May 21, 1951, on the husband's complaint. The boy was then three years and four months of age. The decree recited that the parties had entered into an agreement "suitable to both of them" regarding "possession, custody, and support of the child". There were, said the Chancellor, no rights to be settled as to alimony, attorney fees, cost, or division of property...
