1. The only question presented in so far as the general grounds are concerned is whether or not the evidence was sufficient to sustain a conviction of robbery by open force and violence. It is conceded by counsel for the plaintiff in error that the evidence was sufficient to sustain a conviction of robbery by intimidation.
