Memorandum Opinion

MURDOCK, Judge:

The Commissioner determined deficiencies in income tax for 1947 as follows:

  Marian L. Bloxom ............   $3,524.06
  J. M. Bloxom ................    3,524.07
  Hazel Anthon ................    1,048.60
  Roy Anthon ..................    1,048.60

and he also determined that each of the Anthons was liable for an additional amount of $93.31 under section 294(d)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code...
