This is a suit to enjoin the defendant copartners from violating the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq. Jurisdiction is based upon the act itself and the judicial code, 28 U.S.C.A. § 1337.
