The policy issued by Commonwealth Mutual Fire Insurance Company of Pennsylvania to plaintiff Edwards, a Missourian, insured for a term of one year beginning September 24, 1947 "all buildings and all machinery contained therein and thereon, while located in the gin plant of the assured and situated at or near New Madrid, Missouri".
