J. Parry Bowen, since deceased and his administratrix substituted for him, and others brought suit to quiet title to a number of tracts of land against Culbert L. Olson and others. This appeal involves only the tracts of land claimed by Culbert L. Olson, the other defendants and tracts of land being separate and unrelated to his claim. The court granted a summary judgment quieting title in the plaintiffs below...
