BUCHANAN v. COTTONPORT BANK

DAWKINS, Chief Judge.

Plaintiffs sued defendant upon nine dishonored checks, alleging that the latter unduly and unnecessarily delayed reporting that the drawee, Wayne Williams, doing business as Williams Motor Company, did not have sufficient funds to meet the checks and that they had been turned down.
